| 内容記述 | 近年，インターネット技術の進化によって様々なところで情報が飛び交う情報社会になっている．さらに，情報社会によってスマートフォンの利用が拡大している．それによりSNS の利用が急速に社会に浸透している．それに伴って，観光を行う際もSNS を利用することが一般的となっている．しかし，SNS 上に散在するデータは正しいのか正しくないのかという情報の質が担保されていないことが多い．正しくない情報，いわゆるデマ情報を使用して観光を行うと観光に関する風評被害が発生する可能性がある．そこで本研究では観光地に関する風評被害を軽減させることを目的とする．代表的なSNS の一つであるTwitter の情報から特定の観光地に関する情報を取得し，機械学習を用いて取得した情報がデマ情報かどうかを判断する．開発したシステムは観光客と観光従事者を対象ユーザとし，風評被害の軽減を目指す． In recent years, due to the evolution of the Internet technology, we are living in an information society where information is flying around in various field. Furthermore, the use of smartphones is expanding in the information society. As a result, the use of SNS is rapidly spreading in society. The use of social networking services (SNS) has become common for sightseeing. However, the quality of information on the data scattered on social networking sites is often unwarranted. The use of incorrect information, so-called ”false information”, may cause harmful rumors about tourism. The purpose of this study is to mitigate the reputational damage of tourist attractions. We collect information about a specific tourist attraction from Twitter, a popular social networking site, and use machine learning to determine if the information is a hoax or not. The developed system targets tourists and workers, and aims to reduce the damage caused by rumors. |
