| 内容記述 | 本研究では，スクラムを導入したアジャイル型システム開発 Project Based Learning(以下，PBL とする) におけ るコミュニケーションツールを用いた非同期デイリースクラムを調査・分析し，報告する.スクラムを含むアジャイ ル型開発は従来のウォーターフォール型開発に比べて柔軟に開発を行うことができるため，システム開発型 PBL で 多く採用されている.PBL の性質上，週に何度かの講義の時間に活動を行うため，毎日同じ場所で集まって活動し ているわけではない.そのため，スクラムのイベントの一つで毎日行うデイリースクラムの実施が難しくなるケース がある.以上の背景より，スクラムを導入したシステム開発 PBL での非同期デイリースクラムを行う際に効果的・ 効率的な実施方法を調査することを目的とする.著者ら所属大学の学部三年通年必修 PBL 科目において過去にいく つかの異なる方法で行われた非同期デイリースクラムを分析し，その結果を報告する. In this research, we investigate, analyze, and report on asynchronous Daily Scrum using communication tools in agile system development PBLs (Project Based Learning) that introduces Scrum. Agile develop- ment including Scrum is widely used in system development PBLs because it can be developed more flexibly than conventional waterfall development. Due to the nature of PBL, students do activities several times a week during lectures，so they do not gather at the same place every day. Therefore, it may be difficult to carry out a Daily Scrum, which is one of the Scrum events. Based on the above background, the purpose of this study is to investigate effective and efficient implementation methods when performing asynchronous Daily Scrum in system development PBLs that introduces Scrum. We analyze the asynchronous Daily Scrums that have been performed in different ways in the past in the PBL subjects that are compulsory for the third year of the undergraduate school of the authors，and report the results. |
