| 内容記述 | アジャイル開発手法の一つであるスクラムでは，毎日開発チームがデイリースクラムを実施することとしている．しかし，週に1,2 回授業時間が確保される実施形態のPBL(Project-Based Learning) では，参加学生が毎日顔を合わせてデイリースクラムを実施するのは困難である．対面で集まれる日には通常のデイリースクラムを，そうでない日にはPBL で使用するコミュニケーションツールを用いて，非同期的にデイリースクラムを実施することを試みた．この方式で，実際にどの程度デイリースクラムを実施できたのか，実践結果を報告する． In the Scrum, one of the agile development methods, the Daily Scrum meetings are held every day by the development team. However, in the weekly-class-style project-based learning (PBL), it is difficult to hold face-to-face daily scrum by students. We try to hold asynchronous daily scrum meetings using a communication tool in off-class days while face-to-face daily scrum in class. This paper reports how asynchronous daily scrum meetings are held in this style. |
