内容記述 | This paper describes the development of a field information system for map-based precision farming. The field information system is based on the geographic information system and is an aggregation of the application programs designed to help users make work plans. The system at present consists of five major applications including the planning of working paths. These applications are integrated into a web-based application available via the Internet. For the verification of the developed system, various kinds of field tests were carried out. Particularly, for the year-round farming test, sugar beets were cropped in a farm in the target area of this scheme. | |||||
